Services Policy (Non-Refundable)
Due to the nature of our business, services are non-refundable once work has commenced, including but not limited to:

- Intercom System Installation
- Door Access Control Systems
- Biometric & Face Recognition Systems
- PABX System Installation
- Fiber Cable Installation
- Office Fit-Out Services
- Curtains & Blind Installation
Once installation or service execution has started, no refunds will be issued.
Product Returns (If Applicable)
Returns may be considered only under the following conditions:
- The product is defective at the time of delivery
- The product supplied is incorrect or does not match the agreed quotation
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
Returned products must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized installation are not eligible for return.
Manufacturer Warranty
- Most hardware products are covered under manufacturer warranty only

- DAB Smart Tech will assist in warranty coordination where applicable but is not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions
Refund Process
- Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original payment method
- Refund timelines may vary depending on payment method and bank processing times
- Service charges, installation fees, and site visit costs are non-refundable
Cancellations
- Orders cancelled before service initiation or material procurement may be eligible for partial or full refund
- Orders cancelled after materials are ordered or prepared may incur cancellation charges
- Customized or special-order items are non-cancelable and non-refundable
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please notify us immediately with:
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Invoice or order reference number
We will assess the issue and advise on replacement or warranty support.
No Returns / No Refunds Scenarios
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after installation
- Delay caused by client-side issues
- Damage due to improper usage or third-party interference
